Micromax Bolt Supreme and Supreme 2 for under Rs. 3K

Micromax launched two budget friendly smartphones the Micromax Bolt Supreme and the Bolt Supreme 2. These handsets support 3G networks. Supreme is priced at Rs. 2,749 and the Supreme 2 comes for Rs. 2,999.

Micromax Bolt Supreme features and specifications

Supreme is a quad core powered handset clocked at 1.2GHz. It comes with dual SIM slots running Android 5.1. Touch screen is 3.5 inches probably with WVGA resolution. There is minimal 512MB RAM and 4GB storage + micro SD card support.
A 2MP camera is on the back with flash and a VGA camera on the front. Other features are 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi and BT 4.0. This handset gets power from a 1200 mAh battery. Micromax Bolt Supreme is priced at Rs. 2,749.

Micromax Bolt Supreme 2 features and specifications

This is also a dual SIM handset powered by 1.2GHz quad core processor. It is running Lollipop over a 3.9 inch screen probably with WVGA resolution. This one too comes with 512MB RAM, 4GB ROM and 32GB micro SD card support.
A 2MP camera is placed on the back and VGA on the front. Other features are BT 4.0, WiFi, GPS, 3G, and 2G. This handset gets power from a 1400 mAh battery. Bolt Supreme 2 is priced at Rs. 2,999.

LG G5 can be pre-booked for Rs. 52990

Another premium flagship the LG G5 can be pre-booked for Rs. 52,990. This handset is listed on Flipkart in 3 different color options, those who pre-book will get a free Cam Plus. Estimated date when the G5 will be in stock is June 01 2016.

LG G5 features and specifications

The G5 houses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad core processor, it's a 64 bit chipset already used on many premium flagships including Xiaomi Mi 5. This chipset is using Adreno 530 GPU. Android Marshmallow 6.0 runs out of the box over a 5.3 inch always on screen with 3D arc glass and supporting 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.
There is 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM and micro SD card slot that supports up to 2TB. A 16MP camera with laser AF and dual tone LED flash is packed on the back. And along with the 16MP camera there is another camera of 8MP resolution. The primary camera can shoot 4K videos. On the front there is an 8MP camera.
Other features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi, NFC, Infrared sensor, USB Type C, Bluetooth 4.2 and Finger print sensor. The G5 gets power from a 2800 mAh battery with quick charge 3.0 support.

Coolpad Max launched in India for Rs. 24999

Coolpad today launched the 'Dual in One' Coolpad Max in the India markets. This flagship handset is powered Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 octa core processor and is packed with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage space. The handset price at Rs. 24,999.

Coolpad Max key features and specifications

This is a dual SIM handset with hybrid slot. The Max is powered by snapdragon 617 64 bit 1.52GHz octa core processor (MSM8952) coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. Android 5.1.1 sails out of the box with a good 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage space. Screen is 5.5 inches with 2.5D curved glass and supporting 1920 x 1080p resolution.
The screen is protected with gorilla glass 4. A 13MP camera is on the rear with dual tone LED flash and on the front there is a 5MP camera. This handset can shoot FHD videos. OTG is supported and there is LED notifications. Apart from common sensors (accelerometer, light, proximity) the handset is also loaded with Gyro and Magnetic.
Other features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi and finger print sensor. The touch ID based finger print sensor is on the back. There are no dedicated navigation button (on screen buttons will be available).
Dual in One tag stands for Dual Space technology that has been incorporated on this handset. It gives users the ability to separate their professional and personal data, in facet users can have two accounts on Facebook, Whatsapp etc. that was not possible on other phones.

Nokia says I’ll be back!

The most loved Nokia Brand will be back. Nokia has signed intellectual property licensing agreement and strategic brand giving HMD global Oy (HMD) grant to create next generation Nokia devices – Tablets and Mobiles.
Nokia's official website has posted an article that will answer your question, the questions that all of you have been asking, when will Nokia be back? Pretty soon, the brand will return into the mobile and tablet segment with the same quality and trust that users had experienced.
But there is more, the one thing that many wanted and did get to some extent, yes the Android OS on Nokia. The new Nokia smartphones / tablets will be running latest Android OS. As per the company there is a lot of work for HMD and it is going to take time.
In return for branding + Cellular standard essential patent licenses, HMD will be paying royalty to Nokia also Nokia will not make any investments or holding equity in HMD.

Smartron t.phone goes official for Rs. 22999

After launching the t.book, Smartron yesterday launched the Smartron t.phone in the Indian markets with a price tag of Rs. 22,999. This t.phone is powered by SD 810 chipset and packed with 4GB RAM running Marshmallow.

This dual SIM handset is using a hybrid slot. As mentioned it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 64 bit octa core processor clocked at 2GHz coupled with Adreno 430 GPU. Android Marshmallow 6.0 runs out of the box over a 5.5 inch AMOLED screen supporting 1920 x 1080p resolution. The screen also comes with gorilla glass 3 protection.
When it comes to memory and storage there is a good 4GB (LPDDR4) on-board RAM and 64GB (EMMC 5) of on-board storage. Plus users can also use micro SD card to expand the storage space. A 13MP primary camera with PDAF and LED (dual) flash is packed on the rear and on the front there is a 4MP camera with large 2µm pixel size.

Moto X Style now available for Rs. 20999

After launching the new Moto G4 Plus handset in India, The company reduced the price of X Style . The handset is cheaper by Rs. 6,000. Moto X Style with 16GB storage is now available for Rs. 20,999 and the 32GB version is priced at Rs. 22,999.
Moto X Style was initially launched for Rs.29,999. This is a hexa core powered handset using the snapdragon 808 processor with Adreno 418 GPU. This smartphone is running Marshmallow out of the box. Screen is 5.7 inches supporting Quad HD resolution and users can choose from optional 16GB or 32GB storage. There is 3GB on board RAM. Primary camera is 21MP with LED flash support and it can shoot 4K videos. Front camera is 5MP shooter. X Style gets power from a 3000 mAh battery.

Panasonic has launched an upgraded version of Eluga I2 Smartphone. When compared with its predecessor the new Eluga I2 is packed with slightly better specifications. Panasonic Eluga I2 with 2GB RAM is priced at Rs. 7,990 and with 3GB RAM it will cost you Rs. 8,990.

Moto G4 Play snapdragon 410 unveiled

Motorola unveiled another handset the Moto G4 Play that houses the snapdragon 410 quad core processor running Marshmallow with 2GB RAM. The company, yesterday, launched the Moto G4 Plus in India and also announced the Moto G4 that will be made available next month.

This dual SIM handset as mentioned sails on Android Marshmallow version 6.0.1. It is powered by qualcomm snapdragon 410 MSM8916 quad core processor (64 bit) clocked at 1.4GHz with Adreno 306 GPU.
This handset comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. There is micro SD card slot and users can use up to 128GB external SD card. Touch screen is of size 5 inches supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.
Handset is light weight at 137 grams with 2800 mAh battery (quick charge support). An 8MP camera is on the back with LED flash support and FHD video recording capabilities. On the front there is a 5MP FF shooter. Key features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, BT 4.1, GPS and WiFi.
Motorola Moto G4 Play availability and price has not yet been disclosed.
