Amzer FitZer fitness band with OLED display listed for ₹2999 Posted: 10 Mar 2016 09:22 AM PST Amzer will soon launch a fitness band called Amzer FitZer Ka. This band is already listed on Amzer India website with a price tag of ₹2,999. FitZer is compatible with Android and iOS platforms and also comes with an OLED display.The Amzer FitZer Ka like the other firness bands will monitor the steps you have taken, calories burned and your sleep quality. This band comes with OLED display that can be used to check time / date and also keep track of your fitness count (steps/ calories) without have to use your smartphone. FitZer does not come with built in microphone, speakers and for alerts it makes use of vibrations. Users will need to download app to sync data from the band on to the app on their smartphone. This also helps them to keep track of their progress levels from daily to yearly basis.This device is water resistant (splash proof). It can display time in 12 / 24 hours format. FitZer makes use of Bluetooth 4.0. There is a 70mAh battery that can be fully charged in 2 to 3 hours and it gives up to 7 days of backup. Panasonic T50 quad core with 3G support launched for ₹4990 Posted: 10 Mar 2016 09:20 AM PST Panasonic today launched another handset in their T-Series family called the Panasonic T50. This handset sails on Android 5.1 and is powered by quad core processor. T50 supports 3G, is available in 3 different colour options and priced at ₹4990.The Panasonic T50 is using a quad core processor(unknown chipset) that is clocked at 1.3GHz. This is a dual SIM handset that sports a 4.5 inch screen with 854 x 480 (FWVGA) pixels resolution. Panasonic SAIL UI over Android 5.1 runs out of the box with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. There is micro SD card support too of up to 32GB. T50 is also loaded with a front facing camera of 2MP resolution and a camera on the rear with 5MP resolution. There is LED flash support for rear camera. This handset is 8.8mm thick. Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge launched in India for ₹48900 onwards Posted: 10 Mar 2016 09:18 AM PST Samsung Mobiles today launched the Galaxy S7 and the S7 Edge in the Indian markets with a price tag of ₹48,900 and ₹56,900 respectively (for 32GB version). The Galaxy S7 sports a 5.1 inch screen and the Galaxy S7 Edge sports a 5.5 inch screen – both handsets support Quad HD resolution.Inside the hood, for the Indian consumers, the S7 and the S7 Edge will be using the Samsung Exynos 64-bit 8890 2.3GHz octa core processor. This handset as mentioned comes in different screen sizes depending on model and it's using a Super AMOLED screen – always on screen. The S7 Edge in fact comes with curved screen. Marshmallow runs out of the box with 4GB RAM, 200GB micro SD card support and optional 32GB / 64GB of internal storage space – so far only the 32GB version will be available in India. S7 and S7 Edge is dual SIM handset (hybrid slot) packed with 12MP dual pixel camera on the rear with flash and a 5MP camera on the front. This is a Spreadtrum quad core powered smartphone running Android 5.1 with 1GB RAM. Cloud Force supports 3G and carries a price tag of ₹4,999.As per the official specifications, the Intex Cloud Force houses the Spreadtrum SC7731 quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Mali 400 GPU. Weight with 2500 mAh battery is 158 grams and thickness is 9.5mm. This is a quad core powered handset running Lollipop over a 5 inch screen. The key highlight about the Intex Aqua Twist is the 5MP camera that can be twisted (rotated).Aqua Twist houses a single 5MP camera with LED flash with a twist (manual) mechanism.
